My coaching system
At the end of our coaching cycle, you will never look at interviews and negotiations the same. First, we do a baseline evaluation. Then I make a customized roadmap for you, based on your areas of improvement. We train hardcore in packages of 5 or 10 sessions. I also have all-inclusive options. There is a gradual buildup to your important interviews, or if you’re in a rush, we have a fast track.
We have a strategy document, a text line, and we are constantly communicating. Whatever you’re going through, I can advise what the other side is thinking. I have been in the room for 100s of real interviews and negotiations. This enables me to be your strategic advisor, confidence coach, and the insider in your corner to tell you exactly what to say to crack your next level offer.
